I requested a withdrawal to Neteller, sent my documents and after 25 days, I received my 100€. Which is not acceptable at all. The only good thing was that you don’t need to make a deposit first before your first withdrawal. The support said that all other withdrawals will also take at least 10 business days. So, I couple of weeks ago, I’ve made my first small deposit of 20€ there, and claimed a bonus of 100€. No luck this time. I don’t know if I’m going to make other deposits there, I do really like the software, the games are very unique, but withdrawals times with more than 10 business days to e-wallets. Come on, you can do better.

I had to chase down some information, and it was not easy to find them all. The support wasn't all that helpful, and although they didn't leave me waiting in vain, they did sound a bit confused and in contradiction. At least the games were really good, and I was happy to find something that I haven't seen anywhere else. I played some slots and video poker, but still haven't made it to the withdrawal, but I'm not sure I will deposit again.
