I'm pretty sure he logged into my account to check whether the NDB was showing up in my account or not (I changed my PW immediately after). The only reason I gave this to him was because I had used a unique password and didn't have any important info on my account, but it seems a bit sketch that they'd do that. Moving on, I inquired via chat again (since I never received a ticket via email) and was told they were updating the site and I’d have to wait until then (they didn’t give a time frame). I’d be a little concerned depositing here as well, and wonder what kind of hassle it’d be for withdrawals. And it feels off that they'd have a help rep ask for passwords like that.
