Played on and off here, and never did manage to take advantage of any of their free stuff. Loads to do in terms of achievements and bonuses mind. Game choice is also pretty awsome. And I was told I have to send one document (some specific document) in separate new email, and others in same email which is "answer" to the received support email, not new created email. This continued couple of times, I did what they asked and then I gave up, as I only got emails "Documents are not accepted" so I didn't bother anymore.
