I'm still pretty new around here but have really enjoyed being a member so far, I want to say thank you very much Johnny, blueday and all others involved both in the running and participating, especially Efti, you were a most worthy adversary :) I know you'll probably all call BS but I swear to god I don't really watch football except for the world cup so nobody is more impressed than me at my finishing place in this competition!!

I'll be spending my LCB chips on Skrill credit to play some poker and fund a stack of quality scandinavian lagers. Hope the rest of you have similarly useful plans for yours :)

Good luck @Sommi. It seems like the most logical result anyway, I've put my money on Germany as well.. Argentina, like Brazil, are a group of individuals and Germany are a team, that's how i see it

Germany definitely deserved to win it at the end of the day, Argentina and Brazil were both pretty poor, i was quite disappointed not to see Holland get to the final with the Germans.. but they did very well anyway and far exceeded expectations

Thank you for the fun and credits. I totally forgot about playing the last couple of days due to being under the weather. I was surprised when I logged in and seen all the credits I earned. Once again LCB rocks!!

for all of us guys i believe you all agree it was the best contest ever. i enjoyed very much this world cup and i must say a few teams really impressed me , like Costa Rica in a good way and Argentina and Brasil in a not so good way :) . I would say costa rica impressed me but they helped england to not get passed the group stages, brazil where terrible as where argentina, Holland and germany where the best :)
