  • There needs to be a choice under "casinos" for posting complaints.  It appears complaints regarding a casino and/or their group can only be posted under general discussions.  Am I wrong?

  • If you have a problem with a casino, you can post in the Direct Casino Support thread that relates to that particular casino.  If there is no direct casino support thread, then you should post in the Casino section of the forum.  Complaints about casinos are always picked up in the casino section. 

    If the complaint relates to anything to do with Banking, then the Casino Banking section is the place to post it.

    As for a separate complaints section - I can see the benefits but also the cons.  Either way, that would be down to Zuga.

    Anything not related to gambling goes in the General Discussion section.

      often a complaint doesn't fit in the categories listed when you "click" on casinos.
    That is why I suggested there should be a complaint section or just a general section for comments on a casino.

    I did end up posting the complaint in the casino support thread and the general section.

  • So just wondering if anyone else sees something wrong with this: I do understand in hallmarks terms you can't claim 2 free chips and be eligible for cash out but , a few days after I played through my free chip they sent me 100 free chip LOYALTY bonus which I played up to 400 and went to withdraw it but ooops I can't claim 2 FC in a row... but you sent me a loyalty without me asking or entering a code .... thoughts?

     They are either being tricky or they just send these offers to everyone, despite them being eligible or not. Either way not cool.

    This I somewhat similar to my issue. I was able to speak with the manager after lcb admin got through to hallmark. Have you ever deposited with them?

  • One thing I have personally learned is that most online casinos are very strict about the 2 free chips in a row and cashing out on any if your in violation. Sometimes, if you ask the finance department to make a one time exception then they just might do that for you. It has worked a few times for me. So give it a try next time, you never know.

  • I agree with this as well.  And I'm sorry but believe it or not, sometimes you can completely forget about whether you last played with deposits or free spins, especially if it's been awhile.  I get so mad at receiving some email claiming, "oh this is a no deposit, no strings attached, gift to you.". Then get to the site and Nevermind on that supposed gift!  Don't send them out until it won't bother your system to allow people to use them.
