The two things I find to be difficult on LCB a lot of the time is getting is getting specific messages to the correct casino reps when need be. And many times, it's still tough to pin screenshots and successfully upload them into messages/emails to staff.

Hello Ra2377ven,
It may be helpful to use this page when searching for a Casino Rep, just type in the name of the casino in the search bar and the Casino Representative profile will appear if we have assigned a Casino Rep for searched Casino. Please see the example in the image below:
As you can see there will be an option to send PM or to visit the Direct Support thread on the Forum. Regarding uploading images to PM's, please see the steps below:
Click on the image icon
Go to upload tab then you go choose file option, after you choose your file click send it to server and then ok button
In the same way, the image is uploaded to the Forum post as well. Hope that this helped
