An unexpected error has occurred

Hello, I can't load the page "All online casinos" (https://jswqzs.com/casinos) in the casino menu. There's always the same message: An unexpected error has occurred. I have this problem since several weeks.

And I also have today a problem with the chips "meter" that didn't count my forum posts or comment of the day...

It might happen sometimes that a temporary error occurs but I haven't had any issues today. 

Is everything okay with your chips now?

We checked it with our developers and there seems to be the issue for French players that this page doesn't load. They are working on sorting it out and we'll let you know as soon as it has been fixed. Thanks for bringing this to our attention.

The issue has been sorted and you should be able to see the whole list now. 

We were wondering if you could maybe help us figure out an issue that we are experencing with not being able to thank anybody for any posts or comments. We go to thank someone at the bottom of their post or comment but it doesn't show our thanks on the left side of the post. It isn't even showing that we thanked them at all and it doesn't add to the number of thanks that we have given. It used to work but for the past few months now it has not worked. Please if you can give us some insite to this. It would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks very much for your feedback and sorry to hear you are experiencing this issue. Sometimes you need to wait a little bit until it works or click again but it works for me. However, we are going to notify our devs about it.

MelissaN,  You are Awesome !  We were using Internet Explorer browser when we were experiencing those thank you issues.  When we recieved your message above, we changed our browser to the Google Chrome browser and logged into LCB under that browser and our thank you option now works fine.  Thank you so much MelissaN for helping us resolve this matter.  You are wonderful    sincerely,  the Twins from Florida
