I wait 2 weeks for my KYC verification. 3 days ago they told to send them any documents in English. I sent it 2 days ago even with selfie of the document. They said to wait few days. THEY WRITE-WE WILL CHECK YOUR DOCUMENTS SOON. I CAN NOT UNDERSTAND WHY IS ATTITUDE TO PLAYERS? I WOULD LIKE TO MAKE A DEPOSIT DOLLARS 200-300. Sorry to hear about your problem. Yes, it's better to wait for your winnings first and not to deposit yet. We don't have this brand listed on LCB so we can't tell if they are a trusted brand or not. However, we're going to get in touch with them and ask about your withdrawal. Please keep an eye on this topic. 

I did not make any withdrawals - I only need to complete KYC verification - because I wait it 12 day and sent all documents with 2 selfie.

At the same time, we would like to draw your attention to the prohibition of use of accounts by a person other than the beneficial owner of the account and / or the use of multiple accounts by the same person and / or on behalf of the same person, which constitutes an illegal and / or unlawful act in contravention of Article 54 of the Betting Law 106 (I) / 2012.

We just heard back from the casino. Namely, they can't provide us with any personal information about their players. It's against their company's policy. However, they advise you in case you are not satisfied with their final decision to contact the National Betting Authority of Cyprus in order to assist you in filing a complaint.

We did our best to get through to them and find the answers, but now when they can't share the info with us there's little we can do to help you. You can try to contact them again or their regulatory body. We'd like you to keep us posted. Please also have in mind that creating multiple accounts is a serious breach of T&C.
