Stay positive kiddo, the fat lady hasn't sung yet!  You are just having to go through all the hoops to get your winnings.  It WILL all be good!

I hope this joke of a casino even knows how big a mistake they are making.  I intend to spread the word to a few of the clubs I belong to.  It would make your head swim if you knew how quickly bad word of mouth travels!

I just read this thread, i havent been on this site for a long time so i missed it.

But can i also clarify something, i played this slot a lot in the past at sky vegas and a few other casinos.

And you was doing 2 euro or 2 pound per spin, and it is 500X line bet, so line bet is 0.10 which works out at €50 or £50 per line, so times that by 20 lines that is £1,000 or €1,000, so i really don't know where you get the £20,000 or £100,000 from anyway, im also shocked that no other forum member pointed this fact out, or the fact william hill or any other did either. but you would have only won like i said £1,000 or €1,000, because i have had a full screen once before on 20p spins which only paid £100 so cos you was doing £2 per spin, that is 10X £100, it never ceases to amaze me when people get the maths wrong.

There is also a few variations of this slot, the jackpot progressive pays in the feature on the most current one, where u get a chance to pick a bonus and win a progressive, there used to be a version where the jackpot symbol was for the progressive too, but i don't think that version is online anymore. and the symbol is different too. but it is shocking how william hill treated you, i stopped playing at william hill and got them to self exclude for 5 years, cos i deposited thousands over the last 10 months and never ever withdrew from them, the slots just never paid anything, it was soo dodgy. but bad william hill casino to say the least. and sorry u havent been able to get this money they owed u, even though u got the amount totally incorrect.
