    I rolled in full screen of coins at £2 a spin on pig wizard slot, played on the william hill Vegas mobile app on my iOS upto date iphone 5 and william hill refusing to pay me blaming connection. And display error even though my connection fine and saying I nee to update my flashplayer when u don't have to on iphone 5.

    I was playing Ragging bull casino with there no deposit, then went i was winning and almost complete the wager, the wheel wont STOP, it keep turning and turning.
    It's a tactic to avoid any winning line the screw the slots somehow, It never happen to me at respectable casino like Clubword group. But those not so good casino use this. You want to stop the slot and it turn and turn and turn it's pretty annoying you lose control on it. It's not my 25mb internet connection or my PC.

    Many of those with a warning use or trick the soft to prevent us from winning.

    Then they come with the excuse that it's the software, the connection the flash and so on exclamation!

    so they can ask you all this before they pay you, for me its no more than a big excuse to stay more time with player money, i would never play there while they apply this.

    by what i read in more places, they always ignored their customers complains, their T&C´s are a shame, with privacy´s invasions, and... if you win progressive they can pay you within the "weekly limit" also says in their T&C´s that the "weekly withdrawal limit ALSO APPLY´S to progressive jackpot winings.

    i did have a same sort of thing going on a time ago
    i played at guts  on bush telegraph when i hit the bonus game and it stopt when i saw a very nice combination and didnt respons no more but my phone whas totally okidoki.
    this ended up that the amount is allready in my account when i got back 15 min later but i am sure till today that this wasnt the case.

    Wow... if you get this kind of runaround and no timely solution even with a LCB rep intervening, I would take the money, once I get it, and delete the casino from my computer.

    When will casinos, or any company for that matter, realize word of mouth is huge.  27 replies to this post, no to mention all the 'views', could do major damage to their company.  I would say they are 'stupid' business people.

    Thanks it with i.b.a.s they goverment run independent adjudicator and they step in to resolve situations that are at loggerheads and there decision is final and over rules any findings and they normally allow 8-14 days for bookmakers to reply been 18 now and still nothing makes U wonder how it takes one day for william hill to tell me there fully investigated outcome yet can't answer a governing body, they know there in wrong and tryin all to delay in my opinion

    yes, but by doing it, even if dont stays totally solved, lose you dont lose anything and you dont pay anything to do it.
    already have passed more than the 14 days.
    authority´s will investigate, and, does not mean that will happen but is not impossible, they´re listed on london stock exchange, if there´s too much things enrolled  WH can lose a lot of money with that, only if that happens of course.....
    if nothing change, at least is another try to get your money, you dont pay nothing to do it at all
  • For a huge company such as William Hill, I think their behaviour is out of order.  They should be dealing with the regulatory body swiftly and professionally. 

    Their profits for 2013 were £226.5 million and they can't pay you the £20k you are due; pretty poor imho.

  • Just emailed regulatory body dealing with this for update on my case and still nothing from william hill and once again need to chase them up,
    And I see still nothing off rep on here surely they up to no good because they give me there response within 24 hrs both times, if they no they are in wrong and the word integrity that bookmakers always bang on about, gone.

    It's not the progressive jackpot - that is random.  This win pays 500 per line x bet.  20 paylines x 2 x 500 win equals £20k.  Even so, it's still a lot of cash.
  • Hi blueday, if U go on game pay table it shows 500xthe stake and they hav 10 pence which would be £5000 my stake is 200 pence which is £100,000 and how U sure it's not progressive if it's random then it could be, when I asked william hill how much win like this should be at first they said don't no, so if it wasn't the progressive y didn't they just refer me to paytable, plus week earlier I got magic mirror spins on same game lines 2,3,4 and 5 all coins and had bonus symbol instead of wild so worth nothing then a note flashed up sayin unlucky bear in mind them spins won over £400, so I didnt c y note said that, plus no one I can find as ever rolled that screen but there is video of that win on desktop intro for game.

    Yes finally will hill responded on Monday to ibas only took 28 days when they ment to respond between 8-14 it's gone to panal now so they have to do there investergating and other processes they do. So will be over soon now I hope.
    As U understand I can not comment on anything now untill over or risk havin my case thrown out but reading ibas press release they say they take cases on fact and common sense and all my is fact. Plus slots if have connection probs just keep spinning untill game reloads or if does stop always pays wat it stops on. But I never had connection problem fact lol
