  • 10+ same colour hits on roulette on a well know trusted casino i just want your thoughts on this scenario. ok you load up your faverite casino roulette table and you see the last history hits were 10+ reds would you say odds on or chances are a black is due next you do another 3 spins on black low stake 5$ a go to hit another 3 reds now you think what a great chance to bet big and double a big bet on black odds in your favour you check the history again even though the software is showing 11+ reds in a row the actul numbers hit were 5 reds a black a green black but the software shows different( see attached image ) 

    ive contacted the support and only asked for the last 3 bets to be returned which i feel is fair and will be the end of the matter as they have admidted via email that there is an issuse with the server or software which Steps have been taken to prevent this happening again to which they declined to refund  im sure this must fall somewhere of making the odds missleading or enticing you to bet the wrong out come i would say its like looking at a 3 horses form at the start of a race and horse 1 has won the last 10 races horses 2 & 3 both have 3 legs and and can only hop  once the race starts horses 2 3 are really champion running nags with 8 legs you get my point .so is it missleading showing the wrong info before taking bets ive added 2 pics 1 showing the history b4 i bet and 1 after clearly showing different info ??????

  • I'm loyal customer at william hill and I spent a lot and a lot money every week mainly on sportsbook. I had also a problem last month on one game that I forgot its name. When I opened it on desktop, a pop up was shown and it's written that on mobile there will be more features and bonuses round. Then, When I opened the game on mobile, i see the same pop up where it's written that there are more features and bonuses if I will open it on desktop !!

    there still not going to refund the last 3 bets i know this is a small amount but i think its the point of the matter that the fake history showing enticed what way i bet  i would say its a fair request as you admited there was an issue.

    Apart from that i think will hill is a great site and rate this casino at the top

    any one want to comment if you think i should get the 3 bets back ???

  • This is really interesting.

    First of all it seems the issue is a technical fault in the dispay of the roulette table history. I'm not 100% clear on what exactly it shows or means.

    The real thing here is to remember that if the table rolls red 100 times in a row. The next roll still has a 50% 50% chance. The table history for roulette has absolutely nothing to do with the odds. 

    HOWEVER:

    Online gambling is first and foremost a form of entertainment.  Even though the table history is irrelevant, its clear that you take notice of it and based your bets on it. It influenced your 'strategy'. And if there was indeed a discrepency in the table history then it could be argued that it influenced your bets and its only fair to be refunded.

    And have them thank you for informing them on ths discrepency so they can fix the software.. 

    Good luck, I hope you insist on the refund.

    We still didn't get a reply from the casino, but they'd probably tell us the same thing they told you. If they decided not to refund the last 3 bets after the thorough investigation there's not much we can do for you, if their decision is final. As you said they are a great site and they took this matter seriously. However, we're going to send them another reminder and see if they are going to reply this time. 

  • Hi thanks mellissaN like i say i still play will hill daily and know there not in any ways cheats etc but i do bet by the history and just felt this swayed the way i bet hopefully might get a free bet token as a goodwill or somthink once again thanks again for contacting them

    The casino rep says that unfortunately, there's nothing he can do regarding your case since you got the full explanation of the situation. There's nothing further we can do for you, unfortunately. We'll mark this case as closed.
