i have problem with this casino

i made deposit via skrill and ask withdraw on skrill. in they site, there is write that usually they ask copy of id and proof of adresss. i send them this dcoument and it is approved. but on live chat, men told me that they want bank statement with my bank account. I dind;t make deposit via bank account so they shulnd't ask me bank statement. it is first time, that casino ask me bank statement if i never deposited via this method. 

but  i send them online document and then, document from paper from my bank with my name adress and bank account -iban. but still they dont accept it. it is simply malice. pleae help me becaouse it is fraud casino i write my username on PM

What was the reason your docs were refused?

there is not reason to rejected. simply they write e-mail and the same that on bank statement, should see name adress bank acccount. there is write and visible in docs wchich i send. 

moreover, why they as me bank statement if i deposited via skrill and withsraw on skrill ?

Many casinos ask for bank statement in order to verify your account, it 's a pretty standard procedure. There is nothing to do with your deposit by ewallet. 

Yes, all these details have to be visible on your bank statement so they can verify your account and make sure your docs are valid. However, as Anchi already explained, most of the casinos ask for the bank statement no matter which payment method you use for deposits.

yes they withdraw after your reaction. suddenly they be faster after your fast reaction.

This is pathetic. They verified the account fully. But they do not want to withdraw because they accuse me of having a duplicate account and will only pay when the other person who has used the same IP also verifies the account. The problem is that nobody has used my PC and I do not know who could use the same IP. I DO NOT KNOW THAT PERSON. despite everything, they do not want to withdraw. these are thieves. Please help.
