  • Westcasino dont pay my winnings.

    I Have made my cashout of 980 euros on 21.2. and it is still pending. Also my account is already verified. Their support already confirmed that verification was done last weekend without no problems.

    They say on their website that they process cashouts superquickly and cashout pending time is 48h. So I dont understand that why they are stalling my payout now like this.

    I have contacted their support every day now and I keep getting the same answer- my payout is going to be processed asap, and its now their priority etc etc. But they are not saying anything more about my cashout- processing time and nothing seem to happen.

    I hope that you can help me getting my winnings from them.

    First of all I would like to express our regret for the delay, and take this opportunity to assure you that the entire procedure has been completed and your winnings have been released and are on their way.

    Credit Card withdrawals should not take longer than 2-3 working days, while as for the delay in itself, what happened was the fact that several risk flags have been triggered in our System due to a large number of very similar registrations, and our verification team had to extend the time frame to check absolutely everything as thorroughly as possible. 

    I can also assure you that this pfirst verification process is a one time thing, and that from here on now, your winnings will be processed much faster.

  • Pun well done wink  , while if you ask me personally, it might be that some operators these days, end up focusing more on the "business/numbers" side of the equation, neglecting the most important part of this whole industry...the actual players. 

    Inarguably everybody has flaws and makes mistakes, but I think that as long as we can still communicate truthfuly, like humans, the results will only be mutually beneficial and entertaining.

    We try our best to preserve that,smiley no matter what...
