  • Hello, I have an account opened with vonbets and I have a problem. When I lost a few bets everything was OK but when I won my first bet the problems started and it has been so for the last 6 days. When I try to place a bet I get this message: error occurred executing the action. Please try again and if the error will appear again contact the technical support . I have send them 5 emails in the past days and received no answers, also the bet that I have won is still opened for the past 4 days even when it was a win and the money was not added to my account. Also I requested a withdraw for 600€ and received no answer from them about it.

  • Oh, so sorry to hear about your problem with Vonbets casino. We've got lots of complaints so far, therefore due to a lack fo response, we added them on the warning list. You can find more info here

    Please PM me your casino username and we'll try to get in touch with them. They haven't replied our emails too.

  • Thank you for your help. I also contacted the curacao gambling commission which should offer some explanations on what is happening.

    Thanks for letting us know. Hope you'll get the other winning too. They didn't reply our message altough we sent them a reminder too. 

  • Yes their site does not seem to be working as I do not think they are accepting bets anymore and maybe that is why they have not processed my bet. Did the other players receive their money??? I uploaded my verifcation documents on their site so maybe that is the problem with other players withdraws, that they do not have a verified account but vonbets simply does not tell them.

  • The casino doesn't reply our messages although we constantly send reminders. They simply don't care. Not sure if other players got their money because they haven't informed us yet. We always advise our members to post the updates on the topic they have started but we got nothing yet. They probably didn't get their money. 

  • Please note: we have added a warning to Vonbets for poor customer support, lack of response from a representative and slow/delayed payment. I suggest that all members stay away from this brand until further notice.

  • Well I notified curacao and received an answer that they have contacted vonbets so I think everyone should do the same as I think that is the only way to force them to answer.

  • I think that their site has completelly stoped working on 6.6 and that is why they are not responding to the emails as you can see on the screenshots their live betting offer stoped on 6.6 on live games that still have odds and resuts but ended 8 days ago. I hope people got their money out because I do not think we will be getting answers from them anytime soon.

    Hm! That's strange though! Hope they at least you guys will be paid out. We're still trying to get in touch with them, but with no success. Please keep us updated. Hope Curacao will sort it out.

    Yes, they def did. Since nothing worked on their site for days and they didn't reply anybody's messages this is the expecting outcome. Have you sent an email yet? 

  • Yes I have and I received an answer which was unexpected. The answer was : Thank you for contacting us. This is an automated response confirming the receipt of your ticket. One of our agents will get back to you as soon as possible. For your records, the details of the ticket are listed below. When replying, please make sure that the ticket ID is kept in the subject line to ensure that your replies are tracked appropriately.

    And the answer came from [email protected] so I really think vonbets is finished. Hope other players got their money out.

  • I got the rest of my money out, just received the transaction. Thank you for your help and I hope other players that are having problems also see this and get their money out as well.
