Hi toyotariderguy,
Thank you for your reply.
Although we understand that you may be disheartened, it does not negate the fact that you were in violation of the website’s Terms and Conditions. Ultimately, paying out prizes that were illegitimately obtained would not be fair to the rest of the Vegas Crest community who play and abide by the website’s Terms and Conditions every day.
We absolutely wish we could automate a control that would ensure that players could never be in violation of any Terms and Conditions but the reality is that Game Providers do not facilitate that ability.
Coin denominations, number of bets, pay lines, pay tables and the rules pertaining to the respective games by each game provider are solely controlled by the provider based on the game’s configuration. They do not change or adjust based on a player’s wins or losses. Unfortunately, additional terms or conditions pertaining to specific promotions, tournaments, bonuses received or wagered cannot be made to be taken into account by the games and are therefore always clearly stipulated on our website.
You may not have noticed it before but the $250.00 max wager you are referring to never changed. It’s simply just the highest allowable single wager amount that can be made on that particular game.
In closing, we would just like to re-affirm that our intention is to provide a safe and enjoyable venue where patrons have a large selection of games for their personal entertainment. We are not in the business nor have we maintained an excellent reputation in the online gaming industry by attempting to cheat or defraud our customers.
We strongly believe that your situation is a clear example of this and are pleased to know that you have already started receiving some of your refunds so quickly ahead of the expected 10-15 business days that we had estimated.
Kind regards,
The Vegas Crest Casino Team
