  • The good news is that I’m up over $20,000 with this outfit.   The bad news is that getting any money from them has proved very difficult and frustrating. 

     

    On May 18, I requested a wire transfer of $3000.   After having the payout “approved” by accounting on May 23, I was told that the wire would arrive within 7-10 business days.  After numerous emails and assurances that my wire had been sent by their processor, I was informed on June 8 that the wire had been returned and my payout cancelled.  They suggested that I request a paper check.

     

    I requested a paper check last Thursday.  On Tuesday, I was told that it was in the hands of Risk Management.  On Thursday, I was locked out of my account.

     

    Every request on my part is answered by a request to wait for 24 hours and all will be resolved.  Unfortunately nothing has been resolved.

     

    What have I done wrong and how do I get my money?

  • They have so far agreed to refund the deposits I made to them. I have received $105 of $1230 deposited with them.

    It appears that 

    a: They take your money.

    b. If you're lucky enough to win anything after playing through the bonuses, they limit withdrawals to $3000 once per week.

    c. If you still are in the black, they limit your wagers to $250 so you can't continue to make money.

    d. If after all that, you're still ahead, they then inform out that you can't bet more than $5.00 of bonus winnings at one time.  They could prevent you from betting more than this just like they prevent you from betting more than $250 at a time.   They'll damn sure keep it if you lose and not inform you.

    In other words, just send us your money. We'll keep it.

    They should take a lesson from Bovada.

    We absolutely wish we could automate a control that would ensure that players could never be in violation of any Terms and Conditions but the reality is that Game Providers do not facilitate that ability.

    Coin denominations, number of bets, pay lines, pay tables and the rules pertaining to the respective games by each game provider are solely controlled by the provider based on the game’s configuration. They do not change or adjust based on a player’s wins or losses. Unfortunately, additional terms or conditions pertaining to specific promotions, tournaments, bonuses received or wagered cannot be made to be taken into account by the games and are therefore always clearly stipulated on our website.

    You may not have noticed it before but the $250.00 max wager you are referring to never changed. It’s simply just the highest allowable single wager amount that can be made on that particular game.

    In closing, we would just like to re-affirm that our intention is to provide a safe and enjoyable venue where patrons have a large selection of games for their personal entertainment. We are not in the business nor have we maintained an excellent reputation in the online gaming industry by attempting to cheat or defraud our customers.

  • I have always been paid by this group. 

  • I will acknowledge that I was not defrauded; that is a legal definition.

    At best, I've been deceived.  At worst cheated.

    Gambling is motivated by greed, mine as much as  anyone else.  When you offer this "entertainment", you are most definitely catering to my greed.  Everbody wants a big score.  Nobody plays your games just for fun.

    My previous experiences with Bovada were pleasant and they actually sent me some money when I asked.  I proceeded to lose all over the $3000 that they sent me.

    If it's impossible to structure your games so that your customers are not in violation of your terms, that's on you. Get new games.  

    You make it damn near impossible to cash out to begin with, and when confronted with the inevitable, you declare everything null and void  and move on to the next sucker.

    We agree! It would be great if we, or ANY casino for that matter (including the one you mentioned) could structure the games themselves so that customers could never be in violation of any applicable terms but the simple reality is that their just doesn’t exist a Games Provider that does this.

    Maybe one day technology will allow for this just like the hope that autonomous vehicles will one day ensure that the laws of the road are never broken and drivers never accidentally run a stop sign or light.

    Until then, the reality is that the responsibility lies upon each individual to ensure that they make themselves aware of the rules and that they are followed.
