  • Hello I am not trying to get my money back or something because It is my fault playing on this site. I did google this site and only found one mention about it on this Forum saying this site is legit. So I made a deposit there. Bonus is great there, you get up to 450 bonus which is crazy.

    Deposited first time, lost everything. Did a second deposit second time, got a bonus of 450 percent wagerd 10000 euros. Had 800 left. Wanted to pay out, verified myself. While the verification process they banned my country "Austria" due to "restrictions". They even called me with an austrian number a dozen of times and wanted me to deposit. Now I cant pay out they dont answer to emails. This casino is scam never trust casinos with such huge bonus offerings. Altough the website looks very good, they got alot of games, I thought they might be no scam but no. Dont waste your money there please.

    If you need some screenshots I can provide them. I still can acces my account through VPN and show you my balance and my verfication documents which they didnt review since one week.

  • Ok will reach out to you. There is news from them. They mailed me saying that they will pay me out 100 euros. Because of terms and conditions which say that you can only withdraw 5x from your deposited amount if your combined deposit to the casino doesnt add up to 500 euros. Its ok for me but they say that I only did a deposit of 20€ x 5x = 100. But I clearly did a deposit of 40 so they should pay me out 200. I dont understand how they can make such a "mistake". I mailed them back 36 hours ago saying them that I did a deposit of 40 not 20. No answer yet. I wrote in their support chat and explained the situation, the chat said that the finance team will reach out to me in the next few days.... lets see where it goes and if they will pay me atleast my 200 euros. If they do that I will consider still a shady casino with but atleast not a scam casino.

  • Ok I waited was very patient with them. They didnt answer me why they took 100 of the 200 possible winnings. The live chat said the finance team will write me since then more than a week passed. I tried to withdraw even the 100 but no answer yet.

  • Yes did receive an email about it 3 hours ago, and now also received the money. Thank you so much for support. didnt think that they would send me the winnings. Dont sure if they would if you didnt contact them.
