RESOLVED: Tangiers Casino doesn't payout

this is the last possibility, which comes to mind yet to get my money. I made my first deposit 10 € peer paysafe and won a lot. Have submitted the documents to verify my account. The payout should be nothing in the way. But nothing happens! In the chat, I get no answer and peer email not synonymous .... Maybe someone can help me. Thank you mmessner29

Also, please keep in mind that as per yout VIP level, the maximum amount that you can cash out from a free chip is $100 or the equivalent in the currency on your account. 

Last, but no least, please keep in mind that before making the payout request you will also need to send an email to accounting [@] tangierscasino.com [typed together] containing your withdrawal method information. Should you want to cash out via Bitcoin, there is no need to send anything else.

This is a case of like i had a couple and which really makes me feel annoyed, when is a free chip you should be free to cashout as much as it was said at the moment when you redeemed the bonus, this is it. I don't think that experiencing a problem in cashing out it is a good advertising for a casino towards a new user. This, at least, is just my opinion

We completely agree and this is the way it is as well. All information is posted on the website, out in the open, so that whenever you want to check it you have it handy. Not only that, but the customer above can cash out and will not have any issues with it, as long as the account is within the rules of the site. 

The withdrawal amounts from free chip, based on VIP Level, are detailed on the Bonus Rules Page, and they can be reviewed every time a free chip is claimed. Not only that, but you can also ask us on chat for the cashout amount from a free chip and we will assist you right away.

Yes, the withdrawal limit for winnings issued from free chips goes up according to the VIP Level.

Please refer to the Bonus Rules Page, "Free bonus withdrawal limits" section:

Maximum withdrawal amount from free bonus money are as follows; Basic - maximum $100, Silver maximum $100, Gold maximum $200, Platinum maximum $300, Titanium maximum $400, Master maximum $500 (or the equivalent in your account currency, at an exchange rate as determined by the company).

I still do not understand. The player made a deposit and won. Why not pay the winnings? He played his own money, did not he?

OP claims they made 10 EUR deposit, are you saying this is not the case?

Indeed, the customer made a 15 EUR deposit with Paysafecard on the 30th of June 2017, received a deposit bonus and played the entire balance. After that however, the customer claimed other free chips and it happened that he won from the 4th one. 

As per our site rules the customer can cash out from a free chip as per his VIP Level (100 in this situation), as long as he has at least one deposit made in the last 5 days before making the payout request.
