UNRESOLVED: Suprabets casino

I have a similar problem. I have tried to withdraw from my account for about a week without success. My account was veryfied and instead of answering my email and messages left to the casino, I just found out they blocked me arguing the same 11.5 Terms and Conditions

We heard back from Suprabets and they say they are using some sort of AI tool to detect arbitrage sports betting and arbitrage is against their T&C's:

11.5.1 “Fraudulent practice” includes but is not limited to the following: any fraudulent activity
engaged in by you or by any person acting on your behalf or in collusion ... such as the use of late betting, arbitrage betting or similar techniques, with or in conjunction with another user or other account used by you, regardless of the outcome, we reserve the right to cancel all the connected offers and bets in the fraudulent´s customer account……”

We at LCB are not sure how such a tool would work as arbitrage betting is with at least 2 sportsbooks unless all the sports books are sharing data which we find extremely unlikely.

We will update our review of Suprabets to inform players that any form of sports betting arbitrage will likely result in canceled bets or offers.

That is exactly my point. I know Arbitrage Betting is forbidden in almost all sports books and honestly I don't use that methodology.

I bet mostly on nba, mlb, nfl and tennis games.

All my bets are systematically placed but at a high risk. 

In most ig not all of the tennis matches i betted on, i was only getting around 5 usd profit going all in with my entire bank which is irresponsible but totally acceptable by the Suprebet rules.

Again if they look at the betting history they'll see.

I can even ask whichever sportbook they would likeme to print my login and betting history so they can see Suprabets was the only bookie i was using at the moment.

Given all of this, we will need to mark the complaint as unresolved. We have also added a warning to the Suprabets Casino review to inform our members.
