    I've gotten the run around from SLOTS OF VEGAS,!!!!casino as well as the "sister casinos". Most all of the ones affiliated with COOL CAT CASINOS THEY'RE SCREWING ME OVER FOR MY WIRHDRAWAL!! SAME SHIT DIFFRENT CASINO, THEY JUST CONTINUE TO NIT PICK OVER DOCUMENTS, .HOWEVER,???? IVE WITHDRAWN MONEY SUCCESSFULLY BEFORE, SO?  It's my understanding that I do not need to submit documents Everytime I request withdrawal?!  CAN SOMEONE PLEASE TELL VIVIAN !!THE CORRECT PROCESS FOR WITHDRAWING SO SHE CAN QUIT ASKING FOR DIFFRENT BILLS AND ID COPIES AND THIS N THAT?

    Slots of Vegas, Cool Cat and most of their sister sites are all part of Virtual Casino Group, and have been on our Warning list for a long time now, precisely because of delayed payments/unpaid winnings and confusing/strict withdrawal rules. These casinos are infamously delaying withdrawals from bonuses, but sometimes they do eventually pay if a player manages to meet all the unreasonable requirements. 

    I do hope our mediators will be able to help you get your money, but the chance to be treated fairly by these casinos is very slim however. Please take a look at the Warnings/Rogue list so you will know which brands to avoid in the future.

    Yes, that's good advice.. I do read the warning lists.  However... They sent me a email with a nice juicy bonus attached to it. And I fell for it.

    Those brands are the worst and the main reason good RTG casinos got their bad reputation. I still avoid RTG casinos, no matter how many good feedback it received.
