    hello,

    I played on Ridika online casino for a month.In the beginning i discovered new games and at the end i only played in the live casino.You can only play in the live casino with real money.Last week i asked for a withdrawl of 400 euro.Now they cancelled all my winnings a total amount of 6500 euro.They say i betted on blackjack in the slot area ,i did that indeed for 8 times 10 euro and a loss of totally 20 euro.But it was not with bonus money but with real money i did not use my bonus money at all,the moment i asked for a withdrawl they announced the bonus money would be taken.Ok i understand that but now my total account is on 0,00.Please can you help me?I already talked to the VIP Manager James but he can or does not want to help me.

    Sorry to hear that, but it seems it's a casino's bad practice. This is one of many cases when players complain about Ridika not paying their winnings. I'm afraid we can't help you since the casino manager does not want to cooperate with us anymore and help us resolve players' issues. The only thing you can do is to contact the casino support, keep on contacting their VIP Manager. Could you please keep us updated if there are any news regarding your case?

    Thanks for your answer and explanation.Can you please try to contact them also?I emailed the VIP Manager again.It can not be that so many people don't get there money at Ridika.

    There is no point in contacting them since they make it clear they don't want to cooperate with us.
