  • Hi! Been playing for a while at Ridika casino and loving their concept and would still like to keep playing with them but they denied me of payment in the amount of 10 000€. Tried to talk to them and nothing is happening and the money still remains out of my hands.

    I was playing the game Hidden and they said I've breached their betting terms but in the T&C states nothing about changing bet in a normal way to be illegal. I had some approved withdrawals and a lot of deposits approved but now my account has 0 euros because they just took all the money out of my casino account.

    I have screenshots to proof this happened and am stuck right now. I have lost more money to the casino than I have won so that shouldn't be the issue of me winning too much so they wouldn't be able to play.

    They paid me 2100€ which were my deposits. They refunded me those because I had put up a deposit limit and it was exceeded due to a mistake in their system. So they gave the part that went over my deposit limit back to me.

    I am more than willing to discuss this with the casino but the answers I keep getting arent getting anywhere. Please help me! There is a lot of money at stake

    The casino has been notified. We'll keep you updated. It might be a slight delay because it's Christmas time and most of the casino managers are off. However, we'll try to get the answer as soon as possible.

    @Allstarmikey - I'm a bit confused about your reply. How come you replied instead of Tiiamarty? 

  • Thank you melissa. I was in contact with them and they are still denying payment and I cannot get through customer service chat. I just want proof and justice thats all.

    We got in touch with the casino rep. They don't want to cooperate with us and help us resolve this issue. Unfortunately, there's nothing more we can do for you. You can try to get in touch with their support again, maybe they'll be willing to help you out.

  • Wonder why they won't cooperate because there's a previous thread where they were cooperating. I don't know but it seems so fishy when they are denying contact with you. Really sucks because for the casino to get bad rep! And the call I got from the manager last night lead me thinking otherwise.

    As they called me yesterday. Said they will check this again and pay me the amount. But might be after new year when they could. I would like to keep this post open until I get an answer so I if they pay me out I can rule this out as a thumb out resolved because I still don't want any harm to the casino.

    I know I talked to them. They sorted that one out but didn't want to deal with yours and other complaints that might occur in the future. 

  • Okay. Funny how a company actually wants to make bad rep for themselves. Its now actually out of my hands. May I ask if that affects your review on that casino? Because I personally myself would like to play with a casino that is being cooperative on forums where players can get help when they really need it.

    But as I said, they called me last night and it is under process again so the pressure from you and other forums defineatly helped. So there is still hope They said they would pay me back the rest of my money but I will inform you when this happens.

  • Hiya! Close contact with the casino for about a week now and the money (full amount!) is now been sent to me. It'll take a few business days for it to show in my bank account and I will inform when this happens. Keeping this open since then. Quite suspicious though still but we'll see, maybe not tomorrow but by monday they should be in my bank account.

  • Ridika casino denied my payment also because of "irregular play" etc. I win 1500€ and after they send me email that they won't pay, that 1500€ disappear from my game account. Stay away from this roguecasino!

  • I am actually still trying to solve where 1500€ disappeared from my winnings because I was given a refund of 1500€ due to their system letting me deposit over my deposit limit. I have a chat screenshot of that. I was able to deposit 2100€ when the set limit was 600. Strange.

  • Try getting contact to the casino. Thats what I did. I don't know if rogue or not but there are so many rules regarding what you can bet. Read the T&C. Anything in there you might have broken?
