  • Ridika casino denied my cash out of 3.300 euro with a lame excuse of bonus abuse. 

    It was the first time I played in this casino and follow the terms and condition perfectly.

    In the past, I played also on their sister casinos:

    casino Gale Martin, <casino name 2 removed - not one of their brands> <casino name 3 removed - not one of their brands>

    andIi never abuse of any bonus, in fact, I have only lost money with them.

    Please help me to have my payment sent.

    Sorry to hear that. Thanks for letting us know about your issue with the casino. They have been notified. 

  • Today I have been contacted on the phone by the casino, they have no intention whatsoever to pay my winnings, the girl over the phone stated "What do you think? We are not an ATM" ...no comment on that.
    Let me also add that even my deposit has not been refunded yet. I sincerely hope that this company (do a google search on Alpha Interactive, the owner of the casino) will be out of business soon, it's not possible to cheat players in this manner.

    They informed us today that they forwarded your case to the relevant department and they're looking into it. Hope we'll get the info soon. Keep an eye on this topic. 

  • We just got the info that the casino is going to pay you out. Please let us know as soon as you get the money. 

    I just want to add that only Gale&Martin is their sister site, not the other two you mentioned in your first post.

  • Well, the sisters casino you mentioned above are in my blacklist, they have huge bonuses but the bonus terms are really poor. I really hope you'll get your money.

  • Hi Tiiamarty, I talked with different people, all of them managed support for the Italian players anyhow. So, I suppose it's related to the country. Anyways, I was able to sort the issue ONLY with the help of LCB because also during a phone call with the casino they stressed no payment will ever be sent to me, and the decision was final (not in fact).

  • Having the same kind of customer service from them. Everything is said to be final and stating these because they have proof but the proof when asked is for their eyes only.
