    So sorry to hear that. As far as I can see the casino is temporarily unavailable. Maybe that's the reason they are not replying your messages. Anyway, we're going to contact them to check what's going on and notify them about your case too. Keep you posted.

    Thanks for letting us know. We've also tried to contact them yesterday again and still no reply. It'll be hard to get through to them if they are closing down. Have you asked them what's going to happen with your winnings? They must find a way to pay you out.
