    Pornhub Casino has suspended my account with 1800 usd in it. They told me no other reason than "interval decision"; they told me I could cashout but I can not log in to cashout. see corespondence below.

    Pornhubcasino.com has ignored all e-mails from me since then; and account is still suspended with my money in it.

    I know that is your right to do, but could you tell me why? I would like to Know. Is it because I files a complaint last time you banned my account ?

    About the cashout - how will that work? will you let me cashout right Away? or do I have to wait until the 5000 a month withdrawlimit allows it?

    When I try to log in it says account suspended! what seems to be the problem. just recently you banned my account for a week pending some sort of security check - I never really got an explanation. But you removed the ban and I have been playing again a few times since then.
    Could you please tell me what is wrong this time and when I can expect access to my account again?

    "we have unbanned your account" was all it said. So still no reason given, but I could log in.

    when to the "cashier"-section only to se a message of "not avaliable in your country" a message that has never apeared before. Are they f...... joking me?! But I found a VPN app and finally got to the withdrawal-section and requested withdrawal of my funds. So far so good.

     Now I just need to See the money arrive at my bank, but that usually only takes a few days.

    But I still have no clue as to what caused this behavior from the casino.

    well using VPN would explain all this. you are trying to conceal your location.

  • We finally heard back from the casino and they sent this: This player is being banned from playing on our site. We are making final checks on his account and will cash the player out.

    However, we asked them to provide us with more details on why your account was banned. 

    Regarding the VPN, you know that it is strictly forbidden when playing at a casino. Did you use it before? It might be a reason why your account was banned.

    Okay. We asked the casino to state the reasons for the ban. We'll keep you posted.

    I have no reason to hide my IP when playing. The casino already verified my identity long ago with request of passport, utility bills, bankstatements, picture of creditcard etc.

  • A note about using VPN it only hides your IP; most of your digital fingerprint stays the same. So any site you play on can still make an "ID" of you. But it provides some sort of privacy regarding what your internetprovider logs. Since they do not automaticly sees beyond the Vpn provider.

    A note about using vpn being strictly forbidden: 

    "I can provide you with a VPN account for free if you don't have one, just let me know."

    I quote is from an email I got from a VIP-maneger at a online-casino :-)

  • I now consider this complaint solved.

    I got an answer from the casino telling me I am still  wellcome to play at their site. Even though they where not very specific in their explanation I believe my account was under suspicion for some sort of scam like multiaccounting of some sort. But I have been cleared of suspiscion and got an apology ; so all is good now.

    Thank you for looking into this for me.
