RESOLVED: Multilotto.com refuses to pay

Hope someone can help me out :)

My girlfriend has a pending withdraw of 208 euro at multilotto.com 

She made deposits with paysafecard and neteller. This is because she cannot use ideal/bankaccount.

Now Multilotto accepted all her documents ... but claiming a bankstatement even when they know she doesnt have it and thus cant provide it.

Hope LCB can do something here in this case ... cause otherwise there were legit deposits and legit winnings ... but no possibility to withdraw.

When verifying documents casinos ask for the additional documents which show the person is a holder of the certain bank account. I found this in their T&C: Multilotto reserves the right to request further documentation for the proof of identity and verification of the bank account (or any other payment method) and retain winnings until such proof has been provided.

However, we're definitely going to notify the casino rep. Keep an eye on this topic.

Second of all ... I really cannot show the bank as she doesnt have it ... ... Hopefully they will act nice ...

She can ofcourse send a neteller proof of payment if that makes the bank thing go away ... that wont be a problem at all :)

that's quite unusual you'll have to agree. If i was a casino I would be suspicious ( not saying there is any foul play here, but bank acct statement is standard verification request  ). 

Luckily its quite easy to open bank acct if the casino doesn't change their mind so I would advise your gf to do so.,

I received the same email about bank statment even when I had just deposit with neteller never bank card, but they meant  screen from the neteller account.

They can not ask for something that has never been depositing with.

Great. The casino has just informed us that they've approved her withdraw to Neteller account. I was about to let you know, but you were faster.
