    Hello, I made a withdrawal request (~$299) at Lucky Hand Casino on 09/30/2024 and still haven't received the withdrawal.
    I've made 5 deposits at this casino, but I haven't had a withdrawal before, this is my first withdrawal. My account is verified.
    Support says that cryptocurrency withdrawals are very fast, most often on the same day, but I still haven't received my withdrawal.
