    Checked in a few months ago at this casino.On the day, it's interesting bonus offer and I decided to use it.But first I decided to pass the verification.Yesterday I downloaded the documents,and today my account banned.In the chat do not give information why banned my account.I would like to know the reason or is it OK just to take it and close the account!

    Sorry to hear that. As far as I can see from the players' comments they are not happy about this casino. They also have very long processing time up to 72hours. Please PM me your casino username. We're going to check with the casino rep what happened with your account.

    They told me today said that allegedly I have multi account.But I'm 100% sure I have one account there.Perhaps when I forgot to disable the VPN.I live in Russia and we have most of the sites on the theme of the casino blocked.In including and this forum:(

    Hm! Using VPN might be a reason they banned you from playing there. You know that using a proxy is strictly forbidden. However, we're going to check it with the casino rep anyway. 

    How do you mean, including this forum? All players are welcome to register and participate in the forum. However, VPN is forbidden as well as making multiple accounts.

    Hi Kerob,

    We heard back from the casino. They informed us that you broke their T&C by using VPN which is forbidden like at most of the online casinos and they also found multiple accounts. The casino's decision is final, they don't want to unlock your account. 

    Unfortunately, there's nothing further we can do for you. Please choose the casino that accepts players from your country in order to avoid trouble.
