Good day, Today is May 7th, 2018 and was made aware by a friend of a Casino named Euro Bets Casino (UserID: wbeeth). I completed the member application successfully and was able to download and log into my account. Since I was new I wanted to review any promotions the casino might have and accepted a NO DEPOSIT promotion for $223. For about 30 minutes I played on various slot machines reducing my NO DEPOSIT bonus maybe to $199 I believe. I logged into the casino approximately 30 minutes later and my Real Money balance was $0.00 with no explanation why from Casino Support.
Before signing up I verified U.S. Players were welcome at this casino and indicated by the registration page allowing me to select the United States as where I live. This casino advertises they offer 24/7 real\time support through chat, an email address for their support staff but no telephone number to call. The first thing I did was email their support team and it has been over 12 hours with no reply. I opened up a chat windows and for 45 minutes got a message that someone would be with me shortly no one ever is available to help.
I tried signing up for another promotion (50 free spins) but their system said I could not because I had another promotion that was active. The casino itself offered me the $223 us dollar promotion as a new play\er and as fast as they awarded me the bonus they took it away. The second complaint is the casino advertises 24 hour - 7 day per week online chat support. This was the worst customer service I have ever experienced.
Has anyone experienced and similar complaints with this casino. The only good thing was I hadn't deposited any of my own cash onto the casino and was playing with their bonus money/.
Two things I am extremely frustrated about are my NO DEPOSIT bonus was deleted from my account.
