UNRESOLVED: Indio Casino Complaint Jackpot Not Given

i ve played frankie dettoris roulete on indio casino and win a progressive jackpot of aprox 44 lakhs INR..but after a long wait they didnt process my jackpot winning amount...before  (nov )christmas 2017...from then onwards they make excuses that finanace team is on leave finance team is working on it etc etc ....but they diddnt process my amount its realy sad for me coz i am a middle class person and being a lady if a play with my hard earned money ..so they have to process that amount...if such kind of casino exists like INDIO Casino....then the whole casino freternity is blacklisted by true players it will bring shame to other casino as well..the game is powered by palytech and i ve contacted palytech as well but they told me to contact indio casino...when i v  e requested to fund my account for play they have reverse the whole jackpot amount to my playing id to play this bulshit casino Again.....instead of processing to my bank account.what a shame that means u r sitting on my jackpot winning since 6 months and still not refunded ....i dont know what to say if any body from casino freternity will able to help me out with this ...i hope...My ID in indio casino is ICR91758952.

The casino informed us that this request has been forwarded to the relevant department and they're going to get back to us as soon as they have the info.

We got no reply from them. They told us they were going to investigate it further and we got no updates since then. 

Yes they dont reply as i told u and also my id not logging into their casino now....at least they need to pay the whole harrasment since 9 months

Since we got no feedback from them we advise you to file a complaint to Curacao, their regulatory body. They might help you to sort out the issue. Please keep us posted. 

We're going to mark this case as UNRESOLVED since we didn't get the answers from the casino. In case the problem is sorted, please let us know.

Please mark this Indio Casino as blacklisted .They once again came with a new

New Updated website.And i ve logged in and all the history and passwords are

changed .I ve created a new password and again contacted the support team but still

as it is no reply.They have cheated us .Please consider this casino as Money

Eater.So that no one in future will become a victim of this type of fraud casino.

Sorry to hear that, Maneet KP. Unfortunately, we haven't got any news from them either. We can't blacklist them now but still, the Unresolved title is the first sign that players should think twice before playing there.
