  • Until today I have had a high regard for PlayAmo but unfortunately due to the treatment id received from a customer representative I will reluctantly visit this casino after coming across such an arrogant uncaring and unresponsive customer representative. My experience has been one of total frustration!

    I’ve been a loyal customer to this company since December 16, 2017 and have since joining, made a total of $3,235.00 in deposits. Since joining I have never received any no deposit bonus. I spoke with a wonderful person yesterday who explained what makes someone eligible for it, I expressed my sincere appreciation of his/her time and concluded the conversation. Then today, the customer service representative completely contradicted the previous rep by claiming that PlayAmo do not offer this to anyone, no ifs or buts. Clearly, 1 of the 2 customer representatives lied to me. I feel nothing short of insulted and humiliated.

    I am truly appalled by the treatment I’d received from a customer service representative today 06/05 where they were nothing short of rude, abrupt, disrespectful and unprofessional. They even ended the chat immediately after ridiculing me which has left me feeling quite distraught. This person should not work in this field when they have no interest in assisting customers but instead get rid of them! They demonstrated this inexcusable behaviour through a

    • Lack of manners
    • Rude discourteous behaviour
    • Lack of knowledge of the product or policy
    • No demonstration of resolution
    • Unfulfilled promises, lies and other deceptions

    I’m sure you can locate the transcript of the conversation in which I strongly encourage. I have kept copies of all correspondence via live chat. I am truly disgusted by this ill treatment from your staff member and wish it upon no one.

    Not caring is a disease that has yet to be cured. Non-caring attitudes and approaches sicken everyone: customers and fellow co-workers alike. The biggest undoing for this company will be the representation of the organisation through representatives such as this horrible person.

    I am sure this happens much more ... I also encountered this kinda unfriendly actions, I immediatly closed my account with Thrills when that happened. Their loss in the end; my money goes elsewhere.

  • Awesome! This is way too funny. Way to strike back Playamo! I was definetly shocked to see these accusations after having many good experiences with your customer support agents via live chat. I feel that you should have given this person a no deposit bonus without hesitation for their loyalty but now i feel that this person should be banned for lying. Haha, we will see what @reetah has to say. Who knows maybe there is an explanation to all of this madness.

  • Well i am not surprised about this as their sister casino bobcasino support have been terrible to me. I played there for a while with btc and as long as i didnt need support the deposits and cashout would be just fine. Then one day they added credit card option and canadian currency and added a special deposit bonus to go with it so i decided to try it out. My 50$ turned into 850$ i was so happy! Then... the nightmare begins. No cash out options. They had planned to payback to the deposit method which was my credit card BUT in canada it is illegal to send back funds to a credit card so this method was not possible. Proof they knew everytime i would request withdrawal to credit card few mins later money was back in my account, they had canceled the withdrawal. I had no other cashout method in the system. I tried to fight it out with them but they would just ignore me. I opened a PAB with casinomeister and their rep told me i shouldn't hope too much to ever see that money because i was far from being the only canadian that got stuck in this scam. After seeing how all this went, i just decided to do 5$ bets and rip it off and forget about it. Me that grinded 50+25 to 850$ doing 20 and 30 cents bet... it gives you an idea of how i wanted to be done with this. Karamba casino did the same last year to me, stole me 2000$, they just never paid so i already had experience with casinos that just won't pay.

    edit: as i was a long time btc player there i asked them in last resort if they would pay me with btc and they said no and closed chat. That was the end.

Namely, the transcript sent by the player 'reetah' has been altered to make the support chat agent look rude and unprofessional. We can't really figure out a reason the player did this but we consider this kind of behavior unacceptable on our forum. We are always doing our best to help all of our members but we don't like to be fooled. We are also working hard to provide you with the best service possible and sort out all your issues and complaints, therefore, we can't accept when someone lies to us. With that said a full ban is in order for the member 'reetah'.
