I made my second deposit ever at Heapsowins casino, it was for $100 and I used a coupon. With bonus I had $500 in my account to play with and I started winning right away. I had enough to withdrawal to get the max cashout and money to spare by a long ways. I made the request and then checked on it today. They denied it saying I mixed rewards with real deposits. Ive never requested an award, nor was I notified of one via email or anything else. They're trying to say I had a daily reward on my account of $22.96 that I mixed in with my deposit. I never saw this reward, nor did I request it nor did they notify me of it!!!! In addition it would've made zero difference if it was there or not because it had no bearing on the outcome. If that wa the case they could add a small reward without your knowledge every time you clicked the deposit button thus voiding all your wins. This is totally unacceptable, I won that money fair and square and they know it. They can't be allowed to get away with this, it's unethical, immoral and just plain wrong.
