Unfortunately I had very similar problems with ENZO Casino. I actually deposited around 200 USD (only) and made a rather limited winning in the end. Nothing like 14k but couple of hundret. Exactly not to make any mistake with Bonus or other rules I frequently contacted the chat to verify that all is okay like I did. They confirmed me twice that I could withdraw my funds now at no problem. I did exactly as advised and two days later they called me and send me an email to have violated bonus rules. For me this is more than doubtful since I made smaller bets till wagering thru the bonus.
After complaining about this my account that was allready reduced of my winnings suddenly was set to 0€.
After getting in touch with their support they told me that due to bonus violation my money was confiscated. Only after getting in touch with a lawyer of international law and open a file at police they refunded my deposit minus bonus amount.
Since having all the char transcripts here it’s unbelievable that they just refused to pay out these amount. I contacted some authorities and organizations helping clients in that situation and they all knew the problem. Meanwhile I paid way more for lawyers and to get in touch with the responsible authorities than the amount we are discussing about but what was happening here is just unacceptable and did destroy any confidence I earlier had in Enzo as trusted casino.
