RESOLVED: driving license or passport

today was crazy , i was verifying my documents in a casino and they refused my Belgain Id card ????? so thats a first in 14 years gambling , so i asked what documents do you need , they said driving license or passport 

that was so stupid , an ID in europe is Accepted Everywhere

at the bottom of the document it says 'residence permit' which is not the same as Identity card, passport or driving license unfortunately.

We do not accept residence permit as it's not a personal identification document. A player needs to provide his ID document (ID card, passport or driver's license).

So, it means that you need to provide them with any of the 3 documents listed above in order to verify your account. As soon as you do this, I'm sure there won't be any problems. 

We'll mark this case as resolved.
