RESOLVED: Cloudbet

Hello. My account cloudbet has been closed 5 years ago. The reason in their opinion: 

Your account has been closed due to a breach of terms and conditions, specifically;

5.1.9.2. Only one account per customer/IP/household is allowed. If you attempt and/or successfully open more than one account, all of your accounts may be blocked, suspended or closed and any bitcoin credited to your account frozen.

Please refrain from creating any subsequent accounts.

I tried to told them. That I am student and living in student hostel. I don't care if somebody paying also. And all time, maybe more that 100 times I asked them give me back just my deposit (0.4 BTC). I didn't asked pay me winning money.Just deposit. But still notginh. They just ignore and tell the same. That account has been blocked and they can't provide any information about balance, refund... But I want to give back only deposit. No more

Unfortunately, if that is the casino's final statment, our hands are tied, as we would get the same response.

But what mean final statment? They at firtsly told about it. And what? They can decided all what they want? I didn't made any withdrawal. So they just stolle my money?

It means we can't influence the casino's final decisions. We have no options if their terms of service allow them to close a player's account in situations like yours.

Always carefully read the casino's terms and conditions before using their website.

Sorry for such encounter ..just forget about the deposit and carry on with other casinos.. Once a company comes up with  deposit/withdrawal excuses,that should tell you much about the company..my friend runnnn
