  • I registered in this casino in the middle of February and luckily won with the first deposit. In a week I had my ID verified, everything was going smooth and then I received the message where it was stated that my win is confiscated because of the country provision, namely. Spanish citizenship. I have been living in Germany for a while already and obviously was playing from here. I don't see how in this case my win could be confiscated. In the terms it is stated that the players from Spain are not able to play, but as i wrote before my place of residence is Germany, that is why I do not see any reason not to be paid.

  • From what you have said my assumption is that you are a Spanish citizen with a spanish passport and ID but are a permanent resident in Germany, correct? This is a bit of a tricky scenario, lets see what the rep says.
