i registered yesterday , and made a deposit , no problems , today i recieved a 30 euro bonus on poker , i went to live chat and spoke to a lady there,i told her is it possible to exchange the 30 poker chips to casino slot games , she told me to cancelthe bonus from my account , so i went and canceled it , after canceling the 30 free chips she said she cant exchange them, so i told her ok can u please give me back the 30 free chips , she said she cant, i stayed on chat for over 30 mins, am very disappointed , made a deposit and this happens the next day

Thanks for letting us know. Still no updates from them. They accept players from Belgium, they are on the registration list. We'll send them another reminder. Hope they'll reply soon. 

today they made me wait 45 mins on live chat , the customer service honestly dont know whats going on , one says please deposit again the other says no belgian players , i really feel cheated and really hate this casino now , they change rules depending on live chat , nuts thats all , thanks for ur help ur the sweetest admin
