UNRESOLVED - BITCOINCASINO.US missing status points

BITCOINCASINO.US has a cashback points program which you gain through play and different levels mean different amounts cash back. After months of depositing with this site and having a few issues the last few weeks my points suddenly disappeared to zero. I immediately emailed VIP rep and they emailed me back saying there was a tech issue and I would get my points back. Everyday that has gone by with my points still missing I email them, her no response. Everyday I contact their live support and they only tell me there is a tech issue please be patient. Conveniently cashback is given on Mondays which is in a few hours. I still have no points and customer reps just tell me to be patient (quite rudely). I’ve also requested compensation spins for the five days of issues and being ignored and they say it’s not possible. I have most convos saved as proof. 

If there is evidence, this is already excellent. Apparently you just have to wait for the return of points, and then already ask about compensation. If the casino values its reputation, I think they will compensate for your losses.

That’s what I’m worried about. I don’t think they care at all about their reputation. Over the last few weeks and the issues I’ve had with them, since doing more research on sites like this, they don’t have great reviews. Just by way the reps speak to you is terrible. My biggest concern is that they will find some way to not give me the points at all. I have so many chats that say they will but again, they can be very sketchy 

And what is the total amount of your lost according to your calculations if they will do not want to return you points?

I see that now, just joined this site a few days ago. On any note, surprise! They say now they cannot add cashback manually and still don’t have my points back. I am so livid and feel helpless because I can’t do anything about it 

we blacklisted them sometime last year ( for spamming our members, no license and payment issue reports etc )

first off , welcome to LCB    I do hope ull get a resolution to your satisfaction. But whether u get it resolved or not we can only advise you to steer clear from this casino.
