This casino claims I was using other accounts . I did not have any other accounts and they paid me winnings before . But when I hit $24k they refused to pay me and disabled my account . I never used any bonus or start up bonus for this reasons after reading reviews . Stay away from bitcoincasino.us !!! 

Could you please provide me with your casino username and we're going to check with them why they blocked your account?

Please try to help me . It’s not right they allowed me to deposit over 20k and not pay  me my jackpot . I never used any sign up bonus. 

This casino is scum! I deposited several times and payed out once succesfully. Than did some other deposits, lost some money and used the cashback bonus. With that I won 0.125 BTC. But when I requested the withdraw, they said I have multiple accounts and disabled my account. Deposits are no problem, but when you withdraw a nice amount they screw you over.

I don't know the situation of nas_musa, but it's not unthinkable bitcasino.us is just saying this so they don't have to payout. What about shared internet connections in a company or student dorm? They don't complain when everybody is depositing, but when they have to payout it's suddenly a problem and they don't give you any chance to explain.

I never used any bonus or free play for this reason . My wife was playing with her own account on the same WiFi and or computer but that’s all. They take my money but won’t pay out ? Crooks !!!

this casino has many issues and why its blacklisted by our site. But sadly you guys made a rookie mistake as casinos are pretty strict ( rightfully so ) when it comes to multiple accounts.

At times casinos can state within their T&Cs a rule about allowing more than one account from the same household/IP address, but they would require KYC, documents and identity verification and approval for both player accounts before hand ( ie before any play time and deposits ). This way they would know for sure there is no abuse or fraud involved.

I assume you guys havent done that, right?

Either way we strongly discourage from playing at this casino and you are better off playing at other more reputable USA casinos.

Nope, I didn't, just played deposited and played on one account and only used a mailadress for the profile. still you might expect a little flexibility. Then again, this casino is blacklisted and makes up their own rules.
