    Hi! I have been leaving chat messges for weeks now. Bingo KNights owes me VIP level 2 APPRECIATION2  chip. I have even phoned them no call back. What's the deal? They going out of business? Took my deposit no sweat w/automatic deposit. Please advise.

    We've contacted the casino and they informed us that you are not eligible for appreciation chip (they are applied to regular depositing player accounts on a monthly basis,  provided they have deposited in the previous month)

     Your last real money deposit was ‘5/20/2016’. However, they added an appreciation chip for you as an exception along with the explanation of how the appreciation chip works. 

    You just need to read bonus t&c every time you want to claim any bonus or promotion in order to avoid confusion.
