RESOLVED: Betonline cancel wining wagers in sportbooks for more then 40 000$

Hi. BetOnline Canceled the winning wagers (claiming technical casino issue)
I have repeatedly contacted the casino manager. In casino I won a large amount of money in the slot.
We agreed that they will compensate me $ 3,500 for the my winning in slots of $ 54,000.Thank them very much for this.
But on my accaunt was also a huge portion of the money from the winning events.
I want to return my winning events since they have no business to their error in the casino .They have nothing to do with casino.
Referring to the error in the casino from my accaunt have removed all the money .
Including the winning money for sports betting.
All the winings wagers they refused to pay because this money I won over them according to the casino error.
but I had the money in my account from begining when i did deposit its 140$
To the casino, I do not have a complain because they gave me compensation for that they took the money from the game in the slot.

I ask you to note that I have placed orders for three days.

With such success it is possible to annul all the wagers who were placed and won a month ago. referring to the 'glitch program' in casino .
Although what relation can the casino have to sportsbetting?

But the winning events can not be compensated if there were no failures and all bets were made according to the rules of beting .

hey man, all the best... been thru a few of these situations ,especially and specifically online "disasters"

and it never ends well for the individual  or player.. this is where the "house edge" is really exercised to

it's  extent.  -  this is  the "transparency"  that isn't  positive - makes me sick

Here's the message we got from the casino:

Please note, this matter was originally resolved July 19th then a resolved a second time July 24th per player request. Player responded both times indicating the matter had been resolved and is now raising a third query. The Player Services Director personally contacted the player on both occasions to ensure the matter was properly resolved and both parties left with a mutual satisfactory agreement. There will be no further settlements made to the account and consider this matter resolved.

You informed us last time that they offered you a compensation and the case was resolved. You raised the same question again although you made an agreement with the casino and they reviewed your case twice. Unfortunately, there's nothing more we can do for you. This case is resolved.  

Problems with the lag of casino is resolved. my complaint about sportsbooks wagers to sportsbook .im not confirm resolved case for wagers. and im will post in other forums if they not pay compensation .

You shouldn't have accepted the agreement if you weren't satisfied with the outcome. You even informed us the case had been resolved. I'm afraid there's no going back this time. This is the casino's final decision. You can file a complaint with their licensing body if you want to go further with this.
