  • Well i must said i have been an user for long yeas in bet 365,i must said was my fav online casino i always deposited there,never took any bonus ,nothing deposited a lot,and lost a lot too.well i was with health problems and was in a clinic internated,for a long time,now today i went to my account and i see my status and comp point dissapear talk,to chat operator asking for my status i deposited a lot for years!! and my comp points,he said i lost it because i didn't log in 13 weeks, so i said well why don bet365 sent an email or a phone call warning me about loosing my status andmy comps,he said they dont do that,he said is like telling someone who dissapear to come back to gamble again,wich for me is stupid because they always sent emails with bonus promotion for deposit money etc" and that's is not the same to a player bring him back to gamble if he dissapear from there? iask for a supervisor to talk,no supervisor there until 2 he said but he could'nt tell me if they gonna call me at that hour like ask INMEDIATELY.what they done is awfull... anyone know how much it cost a nice status on a casino wich is based on what the money you deposit,andcomp point are like something good when u dont have money to deposit and wanna play.Hope this issue will be solved if they call me,im also affiliate of them for many eyears and making them earn money.I cant believe what bet365 did me.. Excuse my english is very limited im from argentina

    Sorry to hear that. Hope you are feeling well now. Yes, you are right, they should have informed you when they removed your balance and comps. Please PM me your casino username, we're going to contact them and ask for the explanation. 

  • We are still waiting for them to provide us with the info regarding your account. The person we contacted couldn't provide us with the info regarding your case. We're waiting for him to get the answer from the relevant department.

    We got a reply from the casino saying that you need to contact the support and they'll be able to assist you. Unfortunately, we can't mediate this issue for you since the casino doesn't involve a 3rd party mediation. You need to contact them directly again, several times if needed, and I'm sure they're going to find a solution to your problem. 

    Please keep us posted here on the topic once you hear back from them.

    Whats that?! IF casino's dont pay or do something thats not ok ... And we, the players, decide to try to make things happen through LCB ... My opinion is that they dont have a choice then ... IF all communication fails directly ... We need something/someone to help us out right? In my cases you helped out 100% super MelissaN ... Wouldnt have know what to do without lcb/you on my 3 cases!!!

    I see your point, but some brands want to sort out the problems without external mediation. That's simply their policy. I hope they're going to help her. We are still waiting for the update. 

  • I can see why some brands want to do that .... Cause it arent the best brands out there in my honest opinion ... Every casino/brand should be open for any discussion etc in order to get payments and so to be quicker and smoother

  • i tried ontact them and them sent me emailssaying the phone was not working blablabla,they call me at the same phone for years.i think i got no balance on the account but yes the status and comp points.i got tired of this issue,(the house always won? right?)
