  • 9club casino holding and my account for more than 20days with no status updates after I have submitted with full documents which request by them, including ic, passports, birth certificate and utilities bill.

    In my account I have MYR3000++, when i requested for withdrawal, suddenly account is blocked. 

    I have checked with the customer service, but the reply only "your acount is still under investigation, our support management still under checking".

    Hopefully someome can help me to get back my money.

    Above statement is impossible, because I keep chasing them almost every day. And when come to withdrawal, said we break the rules, who join not because of attractive by the Welcome bonus? Just because want to lose in the casino webside?
