In this regard, all the results of the bets were canceled.

    When we told them that you registered before you got the promo, this is actually a condition in order to get the bonus they sent this: Violation of the terms of the promotion. The client has specified incorrect data during registration.

    We'll try to find out what you did wrong and why they credit the free spins if you didn't fill it incorrectly.

    We got the info from the casino: Client STEPAN KIRICHENKO, ID 54439115, login: stekpuburka, registered on our site on March 10, 2018. This client at the registration indicated the wrong data (address, phone number, document number to receive a bonus. He entered the correct data after he made all the bets.The necessary condition for obtaining the bonus was "to indicate personal data upon registration" since the data was incorrect, we canceled the results of the client's bets.

    Furthermore, they also stated there were two accounts from the same IP address.
