RESOLVED: 24VIP

I recently made a couple of deposits at 24VIP. I have not gambled in a long time. Im a bit out of the loop but I found them here and saw nothing negative. I liked their promos so I went for it. Prior to depositing, I thoroughly read all t&c's and promo rules.

I lost my deposits both times but my second deposit bonus included 24 fs every day for a week (i think). On day two, after meeting the playthru requirements, i had $150. I went to the cashier to withdraw thinking that it would likely be deposited to the account attached to my debit card that i used to deposit. This was not the case. The only available option was BTC. This was not a problem. In the past, I have used my btc wallet to withdraw my winnings. **Keep in mind that I had not deposited btc the majority of those times. what I am saying is that in the past i made deposits with my debit card but chose to withdraw via btc because its faster and used to be super cheap and this was never a problem.

So i pasted my wallet address into the cashier and made my withdraw only to receive a "invalid address" error. I then contacted support who basically told me that i should have contacted support prior to making my deposit. (Of course! I should have intuitively saw this coming.) He says that i can only withdraw btc if i used btc to deposit in the first place. But why, I saked, would you accept my debit card in the first place if i cannot withdraw my winnings with it? Are you banking on my losing? his reply was i should have contacted support prior to my deposit. I asked for a refund of my depsotis which totlaled only $50. this is a third of the winnings I wanted to withdraw. He then suggests i make a btc deposit. i explained to him that the fees involved for me to make a btc deposit in order to cash out my winnings would cost more than the deposit AND  I would incur yet another fee when i then make the withdraw  . His response was "Oh, I see." 

I never got rude even though I wanted to reach through my monitor and scratch his eyes out. 

What could I do? i finally broke down and  depsotied another $25 in btc. The fee was almost an additional $35 to do that. I waited for that transaction to process and went back to the cashier. I  again, pasted in my wallet address and recived the exact same error msg as before. So now Ive invested:

2 x  $25 deposits made with a debit card that does not qualify for withdrawals        = $50
1 $25 btc depsoit                                                                                                                 =    25 
1 $35 btc fee                                                                                                                         =    35
                                                                                                                                                   $110

I went back to support. spoke to someone else who basically told me all the same bs.

To sum up, first they tell me that i can depsoit using my debit card but they dont tell me that it is pointless to do so.  i cannot collect any winnings.

then they suggest i make a btc deposit in order to withdraw the the money that i won with the deposit i made with said debit card. Unfortuneatly- that does not work AND it costed me an additional $60. ALL OF THIS COULD HAVE BEEN AVOIDED IF THEY hadnt allowed me to deposiot with my debit card in the first place OR had included it in the terms and conditions which is still dumb bc why even offer that option??

UPDATE

I made a mistake. I only deposited one time - not two. The first deposited was at a different casino. nothing changes other than instead of two deposits, there was only one. everthing else is the same.
