13oclock is exactly right, but if is is your 1st time ever playing and using a free chip, depending on the T & C's (terms and conditions) there is a maximum cash out and wagering requirements.

Most of the time when you redeem the chip in the cashier.  The max cash out, wagering requirements and any other terms will show on the screen.  But like 13 said I would always check with Live help and email a copy of the chat to myself.

Just curious.  Is it standard that if you make a deposit with ewallet you HAVE TO withdraw using ewallet when you win?  I requested an ACH withdrawal to my bank account at Aladdins and I am being told they will not do it and it will only be paid to ewallet. 

That makes it so I won't get the money for weeks, instead of a few days through ACH.  So much for Christmas money!!! 

I have never seen or heard anything like this.  Please let me know if this is standard practice or if the players can usually chose how they withdraw.

This is pretty much standard as far as I know, they pay to the method you made the deposit with.
Which Ewallet do you use that it takes so long to get money to your bankaccount?
I use Neteller and it takes 3-4 days for a withdrawl to my bank.

I use ewalletexpress, the only e-wallet available to us players.  It takes 7-10 days for them to even process it.  Last time it took almost 3 weeks.    Well, I guess you learn something new every day.  I don't see why a player can't decide how they want to get paid!  Or at least there should be a warning when you deposit with it that the other payment options are no longer available to you.
