  • Good day everyone, I had saved up some money for the 4th of July sales here in the U.S. ... but they didn't have what I wanted on sale. So, I have a little money at the same time I feel ready to test the tournament waters.

This week, July 7-13, I will attempt a Roulette tournament and a weeklong set of Poker Tournament. I am curious how I will do ... I am very curious what I will learn in attempting such a thing. If I lose that money by the end of the week, I will not feel bad (no one wants to lose money) but I have set my budget and the experience should be worth it. And ... ummm ... there is the possibility I could win something [ hint: roulette is not a popular tournament game so there are less challengers and it seems to be the game I am best at ].

I have been preparing for such things for awhile ... including buying my own card decks and poker chips so I could practice dealing the game(s) ... it gives a diffferent perspective.and understanding of the game. The only downside to all of this is it is digital tournaments online and not live play.

I will try to report back my experience with the whole thing.  ... Oh, any tips and suggestions are welcome.

  • I wish you the best of luck and look forward to you sharing your experience with us :) .

  • Day 1 is off to a great start.

ROUTLETTE REPORT:  the competition is based on how many wins you have (not how much money you win) ... so the strategy is a lot of small bets. I entered with $100 ... I now stand at $103 ... but I am in 12th place which means I could also win $40 as a cash prize. --- This does not mean much as it is the start of a week long compeition ... but I am happy with results so far. --- interestingly, I realize I do not have to try for first place (which would entail a lot of risk because those first several places are making  al ot of bets) ... If I stay near the top ten to twenty, I still win some money [but that assumes I do not lose too much of my buy-in while playing].

BLACKJACK REPORT:  Ummm ... because I paid to enter the roulette tournament, I qualify to play for the daily freeroll tournaments at the website for a month ... again, it may not mean much since the day is only half over, but I am in 7th place and could win 200 bonus chips ... which also need quite a large rollover to be made into cash.

POKER REPORT: Has not begun ... my credit card declined payment ... well, it is two international purchases close together ... I will probably have to verify I am actually making these purchases somehow.

  • DAY 2 has been rough:

BLACKJACK:  I have watched these tournaments before and recognize they sit quietly a long time and then change drastically in the last few minutes. I tuned in at the end and sure enough, I was dropping in rank and about to lose any chance at a prize - so I chose to get in on the action. I made a big bet - dealer got blackjac. I doubled my bet - dealer had ace showing and got 19.  I bet everything I had left (two minutes left in the contest) - dealer got blackjack. Annoying, but it was a freeroll ... and there are more days to try.

ROULETTE:  Wow ... my normal roulette play includes betting on green ... but the way you score points greatly inhibits playing green. I would have about 6 times my starting amount today as green came up 8 times in 40 spins. My original 100 is down to $64 ... but I am still holding on to about 12th place.

POKER: Payment issue is not cleared up yet ... I am thinking of waiting for next week's poker tournament ... the roulette and freerolls are taking up more time than I had hoped.

  • DAY 3 - Recovery Day

ROULETTE:  I decided to be more aggressive and play for money as well as points. I am now at $103 dollars and have slipped a little to 16th place. Interestingly, if I do nothing the rest of the week, I could probably still win $30 cash prize. I am wondering if I did this each week (try to win 30) rather than go for #1 (a $120 prize) how many weeks I could go on and keep having that 30 to play in open casino each week. Going for #1 would require about 10X the amount of time I have already put into this competition - the top few players have an 'insane' number of plays and the numbers are even worse for the slots and poker tournaments.

FREEROLLS: I did not get back into a winning position yet ... perhaps I was trying to gain too fast and took on too much risk ... slow continual building up is more my style, I just did not want to take the time.

I am enjoying the experience and what I am learning in open competition ... but I do not enjoy the competitive aspect nor taking on the higher risks involved.

  • What casino are you playing at?

  • I am playing at SuperSlots.ag ... it is a sister site to WildCasion.ag and they are both basically sister sites to the casino section  of BetOnline.ag. They are not great sites by rating, but they are allowing me to play [I have mentioned in another thread the difficulties of playing while traveling for work - many sites do not liek someone playing from outside of their home state]. The tournaments and freerolls are an aggregate of members from all three sites.

  • Day 4 - going smoothly

ROULETTE: I played a little bit today bas amount is up to $111 and moved up to 15th place ... I think I am satisfied trying to hold that position for the remainder of this week.

FREEROLL: I am up in 6th place in the roulette freeroll ... once again, there are several hours left in the tournament and, due to errands, I am not sure I will be there at the end so I might get pushed out ... wait and see. Bonus chips to play with would be nice though.

  • DAY 5 - having fun

ROULETTE:  I played just enough to keep myself at approximately 10th place ... this is satisfying for me ... now I am having to resist the urge to spend some of my winnings (not prize yet) in the casino as I am up $35 from what I deposited with a potential $40 prize coming.

FREEROLL: I won 100 bonus chips - yay! play money. As far as bonuses go, this is a bad setup: only 7 days for 60X rollover, tables games only count 5%, and only certain slots are allowed (certainly not ones with progressive jackpots and maybe not the better slots in general). Still, it was free (although it did take some time). I am not sure what strategy to use ... but probably play table games to build the bankroll and use that to play low volatility slots.

  • DAY 6 - just taking care of business

ROULETTE:  I played a little today, managed to move up a few spots - I think because it is the weekend and the other people were not playing.

FREEROLL: The more I thought about it, the more I realized these are terrrible Bonus Requirements. This week I did not want to take the time it would take to slowly build a bankroll ... so I just played the slots directly hoping for a big win. I did not get it ... but I did get to try several new slots. As expected, the bonus funds went up a down a little bit, but overall slowly dwindled to nothing.

Tomorrow is last day for the tournaments ... I do not expect drastic changes in the last hours or minutes like the freerolls ... the scores are not adjusted quickly by big bets, but slowly by number of wins. So it is looking like a successful week.

  • DAY 7 - coasting through

Not going to try much today ... just sit back and enjoy a prize at the end of the day.

I will probably try the tournament(s) again next week ... but I see no reason to keep on reporting ... this was a starting experiment.

I might pick the thread back up when I try enetering the poker tournments for the first time ... but I am busy enough that I do not feel like it this week.

  • Okay ... now I am venting ...

Last week I played multiple Cash Tournaments. The weekend ended surprisingly busy and I did not even bother to see the results ... I just knew that I probably won some money. On Sunday, I found $75 dollars had been added to my account. YAY!

The next day, $40 dollars of that had disappeared. EEK!

I opened a chat. They said I had been credited $35 dollars. I showed them a couple screenshots I took showing the $75 dollars. Then they said it had been played on bonus games.  I started getting upset as I had not played any games (I was saving the money to re-invest in more cash tournaments).

They ended it saying it would need to go to another team for further review and I would get an email within 24 hours with the response.

At the moment, I would say avoid Superslots.ag (based out of Panama) ... and be wary of their sister sites Wildcasion.ag and Betonline.ag also based out of Panama.  I will write again later to let you know what their response is ... but considering their reviews, I am not hopeful.  I do not want to make a huge deal out of $40 dollars, but  if I do not get the funds, just on the principle of the matter I might open a case and ask LCB to help in the matter to let them know they cannot do this.

    End of rant.

  • Hello TryAgain,

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. If there are any changes, please update us and if you need our assistance, feel free to post a complaint.

    Good luck!

  • Just as a formality in giving updates today:

I did receive an email requesting detailed information about the problem and any related screenshots. I returned that information and am now waiting again.

I am calmer now and I realize that, whichever way this decision goes, I have gotten a lot of play, experience, and learning out of my original $100 dollar 'investment'. I like tournaments. I will have to decide how to continue venturing forward with this.

  • DAY 2:  Waiting ... no contact either way about the missing money.

  • Day 3: standard response

I received and email stating "Be kindly informed that we have escalated your casino claim for further review to the designated team and you will be advised via email as soon as a solution is made.  "

I doubt I will update this thread until I actually receive a response. I have no idea how long that will take.

If it is negative, I doubt I will pursue it any further (with or without LCB's help). I can see I will not be staying with this casino long term.

  • Day 4: Anger

Well ... I get an email basically stating there are no discrepencies and they are closing the case.

No explanation of where $40 disappeared to.

If I am remembering incorrectly or somehow accidentally played that moeny, I want to know on what game it went to. But I am almost positive I did not play it. Which suggests there was illegal activity on my account. Or they simply are hiding something.

I wrote back again and stated I want the details on where the $40 dollars went or I will escalate things.  I guess that means dragging LCB into this and / or leaving them bad reviews on multiple sites.

  • DAY 6; ... Sigh ...

I received another form email. They state that since I do not recall using the money, I need to give a lot of information about my ISP, devices ID, etc. so their security team can investigate.

I don't want to do it. It is not worth the hassle. I have basically given up on SuperSlots except for finishing off any funds I have left [ the mystery $40 and a tentative 50-70 I will win from cash tournaments played earlier last week]. But I took the time and sent the information in ... I need to be sure I have followed this through properly before I post complaints against them.on multiple forums.

  • Good luck. Will be interesting so see what comes of it.
