you need to go to the shop and find the Twin item and then purchase it that way.   Make sure to enter your email address that you signed up to that casino with in the box.

How long should it's usually takes to adjust in any casinos account when purchase anything from LCB shop ?

I just got an email that casino extreme denied my request because my last action was free spins but when I have requested that time i didn't get any free spins. I just got back my refund.

You didn't get the spins that you applied for from Casino Extreme (via the shop) because your last action on your Casino Extreme account was a free item.  Your last action on your Casino Extreme account must be the deposit in order to qualify for the spins (or the $20 chip) via the shop.

Be patient it takes about 48 hours for it to go through. Never contact the casino about the bonus. Only contact LCB admin about issues.

Your purchase is made last night, please allow 48 hours (not including weekends) for the purchase to get processed, as that is the standard time frame. Then you should check your casino account. Yes it has been refunded to you.  When a shop purchase is made it doesn't take the cost from your "life time earnings" however when it is refunded, it is added to your lifetime earnings.

So for example you had $21.44 and purchased the Extreme chip and your lifetime earnings were also $21.44.  Your balance went down to $16.44 and your lifetime earnings remained at $21.44.  When the request was denied, your balance went back up to $21.44 and the refund was added to your lifetime earnings giving you a balance of $26.44.  Everything is as it should be the and the $5 was refunded.
