There is some news ....I contacted the rep and I got a message back saying on hols til 23rd April.  So I then contacted the original rep and he said he would do them "first thing in the morning".  I'm hopeful they will be done today.  Thanks for your patience.

I think it came through just before your post.  He always does the requests very late into the day.  Glad you got it.

On another note, Trada have now been removed from the shop until the new rep returns on 23rd/24th April.  The old rep isn't responding at all despite chasers.  My apologies and thanks for your patience to those of you waiting.

You should be able to see/use them both as you have done before and nothing has changed.

So the cut off for purchases was 1pm CET today (not including cash as that was last night).

Bingo Hall $55 chip (1 request)  This rep is away and the "stand-in" hasn't responded at all.

All weekend shop orders will be sent Monday night, including cash items (except for those outlined here) which means there will be 4 and half days worth of items, so a massive thank you in advance for your patience. 

Hellou! I know easter holidays delayed shop claims some. But for how long? I made a 25e to skrill claim 3 days ago and have not seen it yet. So can i expect it before next week? I have a faint memory of once getting my claim at weekend? I could be wrong though?

It was requested on 23rd April and should have been paid that night.  I received a message saying it would be paid the next day.  I have received confirmation that it was paid early hours of this morning.  Can you check your Skrill account and confirm this?

I just looked and my skrill was empty. Wonder what is wrong? Hope you can figure it out.
