I appreciate all of your help, but I have not seen my last request for WinADay from a few days ago come through yet. Once it does, do I wait one week before requesting the PayPal credit from the shop? Or do I wait one week from the time of the deposit into my WinADay account?

The wait is 7 days between cash items.  You can claim your cash item whenever you want as long as it is strictly 7 days since your last cash claim.

As for Winaday/Slotland, I couldn't get hold of the rep yesterday however, I have managed to get hold of him today and he has confirmed that he will be doing the shop items today.  The usual rep is away at the moment.
